Know Before You Go

Ticketing and Arrival Information

We recommend purchasing tickets in advance, as many performances sell out. Tickets may be purchased:

Your tickets can be accessed using the following methods:

  • Order Confirmation email: This email is automatically sent following every purchase. At the top of your invoice, you may select Print at Home to print your tickets, or, Mobile Tickets to view your digital tickets.
  • On your account: Log onto your account using your username and password to access your dashboard. Your dashboard will provide you with access to print or view your digital tickets and gift certificates.
  • In person at the Box Office: Bring your online receipt or a piece of photo ID to pick up your tickets. This helps prevent fraudulent use of credit cards.

  • I lost my physical tickets: Call the Box Office during regular office hours to notify staff. Replacement tickets can only be issued to the original purchaser in person with photo ID.

  • I can't find my confirmation email: If you purchased your tickets under a guest account, our staff can reissue them following verification of your personal information provided during checkout, which can include your phone number, name, and/or email address. You must prevent photo ID, or be able to confirm your identity through security questions.

  • I don't know what my account username or password is: Your username and password can be reset by clicking the "forgot username or password" button on the login webpage. A verification email will be sent to the email address on file. If you can no longer access that email, or require any help during this process, please contact the Box Office for assistance.

Gift certificates are available for purchase online or in person.

They are redeemable online or in person using your unique Gift Certificate and Verification numbers, which can be located on your certificate.

Gift certificates do not expire and are applicable to all public sale events.

Events offering a discount for seniors, students, and/or groups of 10 or more will clearly state the discount in each event listing description. If no discounts are listed, then the promoter has decided not to offer discounts.

Please note, as many events are rentals, the Orillia Opera House does not dictate ticket prices or discounts unless the performance is clearly stated as an "OOH Presents" production in the event description.

Rate Guidelines:

  • Groups: 10 people or more

  • Seniors: Aged 60 and up

  • Youth: Aged 18 and under unless otherwise stated

  • Students: Must show student ID if requested

All ticket sales are final.

If a show is cancelled, refunds (minus a $1.13 processing fee for online sales) will be issued via the Box Office. The Orillia Opera House does not receive revenue via the online processing fee.

Exchanges, if permitted by the event organizer, apply only to the same production and incur a $2 processing fee.
