The Orillia Opera House is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible experience for all visitors.

Mobility Access

The building features an accessible ramp and an automatic electric door to ensure easy entry for all visitors.

If you use a wheelchair, walker, or have difficulty with stairs, we recommend purchasing tickets on the orchestra level of the Gordon Lightfoot Auditorium, or in Row F of the Studio. Wheelchair designated seating can be purchased by calling the Box Office at 705-326-8011.

Please note: The balcony is only accessible by stairs and is not serviced by an elevator.

Assistive Listening Devices

Complimentary assistive listening devices are available. Please visit the Box Office before the show to sign one out.

Parking Information

Free parking is available in the municipal lot next to the theatre:

• After 5:30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday
• All day Sunday

Designated accessible parking spaces are available in the lot next to the theatre.

Additional municipal lots are located throughout the downtown core. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking. A map of available parking spaces and rates is available at Orillia.ca/Parking.
