The Orillia Opera House Dance Festival
is operated under the City of Orillia, Department of Culture and Heritage.

TIME LIMITS

In all dance styles, with the exception of Improvization, the following time limits will be strictly enforced:

   Solos/Duets/Trios                      Groups                 Lines/Extended Lines                Productions
     3 minutes max.                  4 minutes max.               4 minutes max.                  7 minutes max.

Choreographed steps without music, (entrances and exits), are not included in these limits.  A leeway of 10 seconds will be allowed, after which Adjudicators are instructed to deduct 5 marks for every 20 seconds overtime or part thereof.
